Easy Chicken Parmesan

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese, or more
1 jar (16 oz.) Spaghetti Sauce (Your favorite)
Parmesan Cheese

  • Whisk together the egg and milk
  • Dip the chicken breasts in the milk and egg mixture and then the bread crumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in the bottom of you dutch oven. Cook over medium heat.
  • Brown Chicken in the hot oil on both sides until golden brown. This should take about 3 to4 minutes. Leave Chicken in the bottom of your dutch oven.
  • Place 8 slices of mozzarella cheese on the chicken breasts. Two per each one.
  • Pour on 1 Jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce over all.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a little more mozzarella.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 35 minutes, or until you see steam coming out of your dutch oven.
  • Serve over spaghetti noodles or I have severed it over rice too.
